Rachel graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from Griffith University in 2013, after completing her Bachelor degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Sydney University.
Since graduating she has worked exclusively in private practice with a focus on musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. She has a strong interest in neck pain, headaches and vestibular conditions. She uses a wide range of skills, including dry needling, to ensure her clients get the best care possible.
Rachel has recently in 2018 made the move north to make the Sunshine coast her new home. She absolutely loves the outdoor lifestyle of the Coast and enjoys the ability to help her clients achieve optimal results so they too can enjoy the outdoors at their best.
Rachel has experience working with a range of different athletes, including those at the state, national and international level; so she understands how essential it is to get you back to 100% as quickly as possible. She has worked with the QLD cup rugby league, representative netball associations and most recently the Men’s and Women’s National Gridiron teams competing in the World Cup.
