Biography
Emerson holds a Bachelor level degree in Physiotherapy. He graduated in 2001 from Santo Amaro University in Brazil and a postgraduate in physiology and Biomechanics from USP in 2002.
Emerson has a wealth of Physiotherapy experience in a broad range of areas including musculoskeletal, Sports rehabilitation, Chronic cases, Surgical rehabilitation and more.
Emerson has more than 20 years of experience in treating patients with chronic pain and after knee, hip, spine, shoulder and ankle surgery. Worked in several orthopaedic clinics in Brazil. He also worked with many patients in water (hydrotherapy).
In the last 2 years he has divided his hours with private consultations and monitoring physiotherapy students in the last year at Anhaguera College in Brazil at the physiotherapy clinic.
Emerson has recently moved to the Sunshine Coast and loves the lifestyle here.
